Alright, so I've determined to work out for the next few weeks in hopes of getting that body I've kind of always wanted. You should know, that it's almost hopeless. But not to worry, I've got certain reasons to do it, and I'm hoping that the lazy part of my brain won't win over the determined part. In fact, I know I can do it...it's just a matter of putting my procrastination in its place and taking charge of my health. Now, the problem is, I'm going to Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles with a couple friends later on in the afternoon, so the problem is now deciding how much I should eat. I'll be working out throughout the day, of course. I'm going to try to keep my HR going for a few hours without overdoing it. Pray for me! This is going to be pretty hard since I'm quite good at coming up with excuses for myself. And that almost ALWAYS gets the better of me.
